SMU Libraries as a case study, sharing the process of how we evaluate the resources by gathering the necessary information (Cost, usage data and metrics, e.g. cost per download, users’ feedback) to inform stakeholders, to make decisions related to purchasing, subscription, renewal and cancellation.
